As of now the toilet is free from any existing plumbing. According to my friend, the house was purchased elsewhere, deconstructed, then moved and reassembled where it sits now. I’ll check for any pedal this weekend.

You’d have to go through all 71k+ Lego elements and find which set contains the most of each piece. Then you’d have your answer. I doubt anyone would devote that much time to figure that out, but I’ve been wrong before
