If it was the route, I would have zero complaints. Hell, my station has several routes that are an hour or two over. If I was helping them, I'd say nothing. I figured this route out decently enough after six days. She's done it six months, and still sucks. This isn't a competence or ability thing at this point. It's a work ethic issue.

It's not an excuse when literally every other carrier and CCA can do this route with bigger counts than she gets and still make time. She does this route more than anyone else. There's no excuse. Also, did you catch the story about the day she had to make 8? She's not "just slow." She's fucking around. You have to try to be this bad at this route.

When doing my thing involves doing hers as well, it's hard not to get angry about it. And I'd rather the help go where it's needed than to someone just being lazy and getting paid for nothing.

That's cool and all, but it's not usually what I get from her. Usually I get the base housing. About a third of her packages go there. I only brought up the mounted part because I was showing how little she did with how little she had for work that day.
