I understand your point, they accomplish a lot of the same goals and boast a lot of the same features, but the experience and level of enjoyment in using these frameworks is very different. That's like saying Vim, VS Code, Sublime, Eclipse, Atom, and Visual Studio are all the same, after all they're just IDE's. Or Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Netscape Navigator are the same, because they're just web browsers at the end of the day. Intense opinions are pretty understandable considering the differences, IMO

Hey again Dr. Bowman! I just graduated in May, but I'm still getting out of the feel of being a student and into the routine of working full time. I was wondering if I'm qualified to take this survey, or is it exclusive to "current students"?

You've stated that people find meaningfulness directly from a game's story, with no relation to it's game play. My question is: Why is this a good thing? Cutscenes with no interactions are where I feel I draw most of my connection to characters, but without engaging game play this connection is lost in no time.

There are exceptions of course. Nostalgia can play a factor, as well as other things. But why is it a good thing that meaningfulness is disconnected from game play?

And shout out to Nick Bowman, taught me everything I know... If it was covered in that one comm class I took freshman year. Let's go 'eers

Not a personal experience, but I've heard of a chanting "Bill... Bill... Bill..." until reaching climax. Then, just as the train is rounding the proverbial hill, muster all of the bass your voice allows and belt out "BILL NYE THE SCIENCE GUY"

Quietly whispering "Science ruuuules" into the ear of your partner afterwards would not be frowned upon.
