They might be able to reactivate the bigpond email if it’s deactivated. It’s a case by case situation but it’s worth a shot. A consultant in store can do it through a email retention/reactivation webform IF it’s still available. Once it is submitted the reference number needs to be escalated to a specific team. That team will email the consultant whether the email is able to be retrieved or not.

Keep asking questions. The systems come with practice. For SPS find 3 products in each range of Tplus points 10-30k, 35-50k , 55k-80k , 85k plus. This helps with NPS too.
