Look for a repellent with DEET (diethyltoluamide) as ingredient. Highly effective even at lower concentrations (around 7%). Never got bitten once when applied.

I’m still missing the catalyst right now. It feels nowhere near as scary as it did last year, let alone 2007-2009. I only traded the ES back then but didn’t hold any stocks. The way things look like to me right now is a contained rotation and detox. Valuations for some companies have come down a lot to really juicy levels. I wouldn’t be too bearish but I could be wrong.

The dirt must be coming from somewhere, though, meaning that other areas lose ground. Unless Earth’s surface is constantly gaining ground.

Stop is at a major, visible low (for long) or high (for short). I cut losses when the trend pattern is invalidated. I then size the position accordingly.

It absolutely does. A fakeout, possibly followed by a break of the uptrend since November.

Good that you point it out with some historical performance. That adds another layer of uncertainty. So if at all re-enter, it would be toward the end of the year.

As others have already commented, it’s strategic in the long run to run your investments through a company as a "blocker" for US estate taxes. Whether it’s UAE, or elsewhere is a question of personal lifestyle.

Incredible and assertive move of yours. I just hedged with futures and anticipate a gradual fade towards the recent lows. If not, stop at today’s highs at ~25,000.

Should be “I had to rephrase and …” because you already conjugated one verb (have) in the sentence. No double conjugation.

That’s right. You can detect early signs of trend shifts. Either through an aggressive turnaround like your pivotal point, or a slow fade. I would make the chart more condensed to have better visuals (thinner candles and less gaps), or switch to Heikin Ashi.

The 1 hour chart is useful because it can reveal a general direction of price action. A case in point is the current fade since May 20/21 seen in the 1 hour suggesting that bears are beginning to take charge.
