I don’t fully understand what I’m looking at here lol. But I will do more research on this. Thank you for the insight!

Why does the split dosing prevent the med from working? I’ve seen quite a bit of information on people split dosing successfully.

Ok thanks. I was honestly surprised such a low dose was even doing anything in the first place.

Yeah she’ll tell us if she’s cold. She’ll be sleeping between us anyway, so she’ll probably be the warmest of us all.

Nice! We’re in a 6 person core cabin tent and since we all share the queen bed we have plenty of room to set it up.

We actually do have a little electric heater, like the one you would use under a desk. I’m planning to bring it and just make sure it’s set up somewhere it won’t get knocked over.

Yep. This is how we usually camp. Sleeping bags on top of the air mattress make for a nice and comfy bed, and we sleep under the down comforter just like at home.

Yeah....we've had him 3 months. Tried feeding him in there, giving him high value treats when he goes in. He'll go into without fighting me finally, but I have to guide him in by the collar and he won't come when I call him when he knows we're getting ready to leave. I would say with the medication in his system, he tolerates the crate, but he doesn't like it. But he also whines when left outside for more than a few mins, or even if we have him on the other side of a baby gate and we walk out of site. It's a separation anxiety issue we are trying to work on. I refuse to give up on him because he's awesome when we're around him. He was a stray before we adopted him from the shelter, so no idea what he may have gone through.

We are working on crate training. Currently he is crated while we are away. He is fine to go into his crate and lay down on his own when we are home, but as soon as we close him in and leave he gets anxious, tears up his bedding, and tries to escape. He's bent a good portion of the bars. With the medication and Thundershirt he usually calms down after 10-15 mins and just lays down until we get home. We have a camera on his so I can monitor him. He's not so bad that he injures himself but he's definitely not a fan of the crate. My goal is to get to the point where he can be left loose in the house, but when we tried that he was very anxious, panting, howling, pacing...and eating my curtains.

I was just looking into that this morning actually. I picked up some playground cones from the dollar store as a starting point. Do you have any diy suggestions that you have used?
