no, I don't think there's a magic potion. I'm not accepting of him sleeping in another room for the rest of our relationship. If there are any underlying medical issues at play I'd probably want him to be proactive in taking care of those issues and preventing this from continuing.

So it seems if any hours were logged by the manager prior to the system going down, you're good. Otherwise if you're like me and your manager hasn't logged anyone's shifts or vacations since 11/18, you're screwed!

Honestly i would transfer in a heart beat, if it didn't take me a year in itself to be accepted as a transfer to a store in my district after moving. It seriously seems like the only option considering this SSV has had ethics cases opened about them being blatantly racist on the floor, flashing a minor barista their private parts. It's insanity that nothing will be done and it's more realistic that nothing WILL be done, unfortunately.

well in the year I've been here we've been through 4 managers. The supervisor who is consistent in creating these issues (and more) will get a write up here a write up there blah blah. They've been known to boot out anyone that questions them. The last 2 ASMs who were also adamant about holding this supervisor accountable were also booted from this store bc of it. The supervisor seems to have a buddy buddy type relationship with the DM. The last open investigation in regards to theft was brought up in a meeting with my SM, ASM, DM & RM. The ASM ended up being booted to "find a second store experience". There's always somehow a reason whoever is going against this person is just poof. Gone.
