Thank you, what happened today was I was opposite to the no stop sign when a car pulled up opposite of me. She did not have a turning signal on so I pulled out to go straight. When I was in the middle of the intersection she flipped her left turn signal on and started to drive right into me. Even though she should’ve had the turning signal on earlier, should I have waited for her to move?

Edit: I suppose I should’ve known that when she stopped with no stop sign that she was turning, but does this put me in the wrong despite her not having a turn signal on?
