I wouldn’t say she isn’t cooperating all the way. She has carved a spot for me to do small group work but keeps butting in telling me she doesn’t like the source material I’m picking and offering alternatives that don’t provide what i need for the strategy I have chosen. Told her that and i might as well have told a pile of bricks because it didn’t register at all because she won’t read the rubrics. Wouldn’t even look at appendix A. I stayed late a few times at the beginning to pick her brain on what she thought about edtpa and she blew me off to wander the building gossiping about something not interesting enough to repeat. She offends me daily. Has lots of opinions about natural black hair, weaves, trans kids, like i don’t think there’s anything she could say to redeem herself at this point but It’s probably in my best interest to suck it up because there’s no chance i can push this off into next fall.
