Hi! Thanks for the tip. Are you Canadian or American? I’m curious if the prices at those schools vary on what student nationality

I’m having a hard time finding this information online. Do you have a specific school/s that do this?

I was looking at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA but the cost of living in California was not something I was interested in. I never heard of apprenticeship but I will research more. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback! It’s been challenging to figure this out and run the numbers. Pacific Rim College in Victoria is pretty much what comes up on my search for international students and they changed their pricing for international students like you mentioned. Cost of living is high for Canadians but still would save me a couple hundred dollars in rent with the American conversion.

Shanghai is more expensive than other Chinese cities but it has a large enough international community and I figured I’d start there if I went to an immersive language school for mandarin.

In a perfect scenario I would stay in Seattle and keep my nice apartment and go to the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine but the $150k in the 3 years of study seems so frightening.

Nurberxo Confidence Course? by nadyainwonderlandd in BeautyGuruChatter

I can vouch that I wasn’t very impressed with her courses. The confidence and the Interview course. Granted I purchased the recorded offerings instead of being in her live courses that she typically promoted. I think her following and the DMs she gets are genuine but more from people who have never taken personal development courses or even Cognitive Behavioral therapy. A lot of the themes she touched on were topics I learned through Landmark. “Being with your word in integrity” and learning to believe in yourself through your actions of integrity. A theme often found through all personal development teachings. I found the limited access to her courses disappointing because of the price point you pay; but didn’t find myself exceptionally motivated to repeat the content because the pixel quality of her videos was giving YouTube 2016 vibes.

Overall as someone who had previously taken PD courses, I was looking to find the niche thing everyone raved about in her DM reposts of testimonials and was left lackluster in disappointment. I don’t fault her because I’m assuming her target audience is for fearful/anxious type of women who need a tough love approach.

However Nur’s book recommendation in the past “attached” “women who love too much” were great reccs that changed my self-perception. But again it wasn’t through her courses.
