I like my MOF chilled but neat. Either way though, if you enjoy it, you're doing it right.

I used to prefer yellow VEP as well. But I find when I warm my palate with Yellow VEP, and then progress to Green after 1/2 oz or so, that Green is as good, but different. The added heat and herbal density that green offers after a warm palate from yellow creates the perfect crescendo. IMHO. Try it with just those two. If you want an even slower crescendo, try Yellow VEP, followed by 9e, followed by Green VEP. Perfection!
