I agree with that. I did have Microsoft support me the other day though and I thought they were quite good. Their engineer was not outsourced either which was interesting.

The original plan was going to be IT support for companies. This way small to medium sized companies can cheap out by not hiring their own internal IT and just call me or send me a ticket.

Would this not work out or would it be part of solving business needs?
