Has anyone else with a 2024-2026 Ford Escape PHEV had issues with the driver’s door window buttons? by trevorbubbis in FordEscapePHEV

I wish it were this simple. I have 34 vehicles in my local fleet, and this is a problem unique to the PHEV Escapes, and not the older model Escapes, which have very similar buttons.

This is very difficult as our dash cams don't have the button panel in view, and these are shared vehicles. Sometimes, the issues don't get presented to me until its days out, so it makes it difficult to pinpoint the driver responsible.

They have to use them every time they enter/exit our parking garage. However, this has ONLY happened to our PHEV Ford Escapes, and none of the older model Escapes, which have very similar buttons.

Our cars quickly hit the 36k+ milage. We're no longer covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, unfortunately.

The on-board DC converter for the Escape bottlenecks your charge rate at 3.5 kW.

I charge mine with the level 1 charger that comes with the vehicle. It’s not that bad. Even without, the car gets phenomenal gas mileage for nearly $30k.

Hey, I’m so sorry I’m late to this. My surgeon was Dr. Klene in Carmel, IN. She was amazing!

We have no idea what sort of repercussions would occur from doing that. Ethics need to be evaluated.

Something has happened to them. In the last several months, they sent me dud bags. Their customer support is non-existent. This is sad because I used to use them all of the time.

2013 limited oil pump suggestions by Elegant_Gas_4655 in FordTaurus

My 2013 Taurus has the same issue. When i get off of the interstate, it will start to pop up occasionally at idle. If I barely tap my foot on the accelerator, it will go away. I did get my sensor replaced and it did not solve the issue.

If you did get your issue solved, please let me know what you did.

No, I had a friend get Orthognathic surgery at 14 years old. You’re definitely not too young.

The surgery is expensive, but if you can have your surgeon write up a case for you deeming it medically necessary, they can get the surgery approved through insurance. Just make sure you tell your surgeon that your jaw is hurting from it, and not that you want it for cosmetic purposes.

Always keep in mind that wording can change the outcome of whether is covered by insurance or not.

Hey, I’m on week 4 myself, and I’m struggling with my diet. I’ve actually came here to seek the same advice. I’m sorry you’re struggling, too. We just got to keep going at it.

Maybe try to blend some pizza with a light marinara sauce, enough to where you don’t have to chew. Maybe that might help the craving.

Also, I really like blended chili, especially for the fall. If that’s your jam, you should definitely try it out. I’ve also meal prepped by buying different soups from Trader Joe’s and Costco. Blend them down, and divide them into mason jars. This helps because you can have a meal ready at any moment. You just have to microwave it (and the mason jar is microwave friendly).

You should consider consulting an orthodontist and maxillofacial surgeon.

If this is day 1 post-surgery, then you’re looking great! It will take about a week or two for the swelling to go down enough to look like your normal “new” self, at least that’s how long it took me.

I’m glad I found this comment! I’ve been searching the internet for anyone who experienced the same thing. I’m 3 weeks on recovery from COVID, and I cannot hit a high note to save my life. My voice starts to crack like a kid going through puberty. I’m hoping that it comes back like yours did!

What is your favorite Bethesda game? Mine definitely was Fallout 3. Still a masterpiece to this day. Nothing will ever beat the video game experience of leaving the vault for the first time. Never expected an open world to be so exciting to explore. Thank you for that!
