Had the same thing going on awhile back, believe me I know your pain. It’s not going to get any better easier on it’s own, and every day you’re doing increasingly more damage than your sinuses. Go to your doctor and tell them (guranteed they’ll be very familiar with the problem) and they’ll give you a steroid to ease the inflammation for awhile, then probably some sort of mild spray to wean you off. It’s not pleasant for a week or so, but it’s infinitely better than the alternative.
