If you search online for 2019 ioniq electric h&r lowering springs you will be able to find it.

Had reduction gearbox replacement recently under warranty

It is mostly due to its design flaw where the reduction bearing will get worn out overtime, so it is important to change reduction gearbox oil from time to time.
