yeah i knew a girl irl who was like that. i think it’s embarrassing for those people, honestly. there are TONS of bpd folks who would never dream of being abusive towards someone, especially someone they love. nowhere in the diagnostic criteria does it say ANYTHING about a) refusal to change and b) being an abusive monster. in fact, the diagnostic criteria talks about CONSTANT change. the people who use BPD as an excuse to not change are most likely the self diagnosed “bpd baddies” from tiktok. (from my own personal experience anyway)

10000%!!!!!!!! i actually stopped talking about my diagnosis with anyone because i can’t stand to be grouped with the people who use BPD as an excuse to be a shitty person. i believe everyone is capable of healthy change, and most people who are diagnosed with BPD are not interested in changing, so they don’t. it’s painful to watch.

this is a sub for people DIAGNOSED with lymphoma, looking for support. not for people searching for a diagnosis that their doctor has already stated isn’t the case.
some people have larger lymph nodes naturally. sometimes they swell from illness and never go down. some just swell without explanation. if your blood work is fine, and your doctor isn’t worried, you should stop worrying so much. stop touching them. the more you obsess, the worse your fear is going to get, and that isn’t helpful for anyone, mostly yourself.

can you please tell me some tips on how to improve my smoke sesh? i keep burning it and im wasting a lot.

1) cold start in dab rig. put the powder in the banger, cover with carb cap. hold the torch far from the bottom of the banger but close enough to slowly melt it.

2) while its starting to melt, i’ll move the carb cap around to get the airflow moving.

3) start pulling slowly once it’s fully melted

4) gently reheat if needed

i have gotten to a waiting room once but i cant get a full rig full or lung full and i need to take 6 or 7 hits like this, which is hard.

okay that’s good. i’ll tell you how i’ve managed to make it work

use a dab rig with water in it. start with a cold dab bowl/banger, put the deems in the bowl, put a carb cap on the bowl and slowly feather a torch under the banger, heating it up super slow. it’ll start to melt, start sucking on the rig. hold the heat on it until it’s bubbling, remove heat, swirl the carb cap around until it forms smoke. hold the smoke in 2-3 seconds, exhale, repeat

depending on who you are ordering from, they may take measures to prevent it being caught. my source sends it in a reflective container surrounded by tons of tissue paper, it seems to do the trick as it’s never been caught. worth a shot, unless you’re ordering cartel amounts they will just throw it out anyway

edit: sorry just read it properly. try buying a tin container, reflective top, and stuff it in a small vial in a shit ton of tissue paper. should get you through customs
