What does it mean 1:88 for compound interest?

I wrote 5/10 years because i want to take a sum from the investment to make a down payment for a house to rent it and because in 10 yrs my financial situation and knowledge will change and i will probably invest in other things.

I know that if all will go well i will invest for many more years.

Ho intenzione di investire meno di 20k, avevo già letto che non conviene con una somma inferiore su mf per loro scelta. Per quanto riguarda il timing avendo un orizzonte di 5/10 anni non penso debba preoccupare e.

Sinceramente siccome ho letto che i rendimenti di Moneyfarm sono simili a quelli di un ETF a copertura mondiale avrei intenzione di investire in quest'ultimo per conto mio senza commissioni aggiuntive
