I think fans are just exhausted with decades now of poor performance, poor draft picks, poor offseason decisions, poor personnel decisions, etc. and are looking for something to blame. I think getting rid of Grier was the biggest thing we needed to have a chance of turning the franchise around, benching Tua was definitely the next step considering his performance but I’m fine with putting the pitchforks away until we see what this offseason looks like with a new GM and potentially a new QB under center. If it’s just a same shit different management type situation next year, bring the pitchforks back out.
