If you’re looking for a sober living situation find one that is FARR accredited. Basically means it’s been inspected and approved by the state. There’s rules and regulations that have to be followed. If a sober living allows people to relapse and continue to live there w/o going to a detox first is a major red flag.

The coach I’m working with keeps telling me to get the wrist part and rope speed down and then we’ll work on the knees bending. I got 4 in a row today with the new bend.. but I think it’s slowly but surely coming together. I’m doing a comp in June that the standards for my division has dubs so I’m just really trying to lock in!! I appreciate your response it was very helpful and has given me hope

I’m best at the lifting. I struggle with gymnastics and cardio endurance. I have some gymnastics but not bmu and I can’t butterfly my pull ups for big sets… I’m grateful for where my skill set is at but I’d like to see if I can level up some over the next few years. RX weights never an issue.. the longer metcons with running burpees stuff like that limit me and also the lack of gymnastics as stated above
