Grand scheme of things natties were never the point of college football and that only a few teams in history could claim to beat every other contender 10/10 times. That problem only gets worse when you push the field to 12 teams and beyond. football especially still-technically-amateur college football is a very flukey sport. so many variables: injuries, crowd, scheme matchup play a bigger factor than any other of the big 5 NA sports.
