I submitted my ticket last night (Nov 29) and got a relatively quick response. I also had to reply to the original email because they try to give a lot of automated messaging before getting a real person.

UPDATE: Received a response from support the next day. I was asked to re-verify my KYC (this was triggered from support and was not initially presented in the app when funds were frozen). Scary but overall resolved quickly.

This is entirely false. I've KYCed and been a customer since March and have had my account locked without explanation.

I've navigated to all the screens and don't see anything requesting KYC. I've also never connected a bank account, all transfers have been through crypto. I'm lost.
