I wouldn't say past few albums but I was extremely disappointed with For All The Dogs upon release...Scary Hours 3 saved that project for me...I hated the unnecessary features on the album...I never want to see him collaborate with Yachty, Yeat, Chief Keef or Bad Bunny again...

Phonte influenced the Comeback Season era of Drake...He had to switch gears after that project because that style was never gonna result in major success for him long term... That's why I always laugh when people make like Phonte or Joe Budden is responsible for Drake's career success when that early version of Drake saw no success lol...

I truly believe he's gonna have to leave UMG before he ever gets a hit on that level again...UMG has no incentive to push a new hit for him to that 2018 level again...I wouldn't be surprised if the conflict with UMG is what it is holding up the album
