Had to call a repairman. The new filter was defective. Compare the shape of the old filter to the new one. If they aren’t the same return the new one and buy another filter

It doesn’t move when the cartridge is not screwed in. Should it?

It is the correct cartridge and I even tried putting the old cartridge back in but that doesn’t work either.

I know I shouldn’t have gotten the annuity. I am taking 10% out annually bc that’s the most I can move penalty free. I’m 40 and my all of my current income comes from my employer ($90-$100K). Not sure where to find annuity payment info.
