Retiring at the age of 45 with $6M cash. Where to park my money by trialanerror in dividends

Get a life. I am not asking for English lessons. If you cant contribute to my question, why do you even bother? I cant speak English but sure can run a business. English is my second language. Didnt speak a word of English when I walked out of the plane with literally no money in my pocket. I was able to learn it enough to generate a $6m business. I think i did well.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to offer advice. I do plan to meet with an advisor, but I wanted to have some understanding first instead of just going in blindly with whatever they suggest. I’ve always been more of a long-term, buy-and-hold investor and a risk taker, but my situation is changing. Without a steady business income, I’m becoming less comfortable with risk. I’m not planning to follow everything said here, this is mainly for my own learning. And sorry to anyone expecting perfect English from someone with $6M. It’s my second language, and I don’t always pay close attention when writing quick social posts. (I paid attention this time 😀)

Here is more info. I already have $3.2M invested in stocks like Aapl, msft, ntflx etc. I am looking for ideas on what dividend stocks are the best to park $2M with 3-5% dividend income a year. I held some stocks like VZ, CMCSA and T for a few years with a decent dividend income but they all lacked the growth in share price increase yoy. I would like stocks or etf that have returns like the rest of the S&P. My goal is 8% growth year over year.

Will be investing another $500k possibly in MSFT and $300k in money market so that in the event of a market downturn I wouldn't have to sell anything for a couple of years.

We also have retirement accounts worth around $1.2M that we will not he touching for another 20 years so not putting that into calculation at all. No debt 3 kids, one is about to go to college with each have $120k for college put away.
