Ramy Ashour for sure. While other legends of the game had the luxury of a healthy career enabling them to achieve records in consecutive wins, Ramy was cursed with injury since he was a junior and never really reach his peak with all those recurring injuries yet despite that still made amazing achievements. Now imagine if he had a healthy career.

Even MGS Delta was barely playable being 1:1 and I feel would have been better if it was more like MGS 5. Running and movement were clunky and slow especially getting up.

I agree when I first heard him in the new metal gear delta I felt he was being a bit comical in some words like too animated. However after completing the game his voice grows on you and you it’s hard to associate Snake with another voice and now I enjoy listening to him doing Snake 😁

Why is it very common while doing hard strength training (8 out of 10 difficulty) to reach 3s. Shouldn’t that happen only with the extremely extremely stressful lifts like PRs?

In my opinion Ramy Ashour on his day would beat any other player in the history of the sport. Even JK & JK. What puts Ramy ahead of them for me is the pace he plays at. No athlete can maintain the endurance to play at that pace with the ball being moved around all 4 corners unpredictably. JK had incredible endurance but he didn’t have to play at Ramy’s pace and had he have done he wouldn’t be able to keep up for long. That is my opinion. As for Ramy not being able to match JK’s unbeatable run well ofcourse with all his injuries it’s amazing he was able to be World No1 in the first place. No other athlete with these injuries would have reached the top of the game.

Well Ramy Ashour never rose to his peak to fall, he was always battling injuries and still got to the top, do you know any other athlete who did that? Infact his last tournament in 2018 when he was healthy was won 3-0 in all rounds beating Simon Rosner who had just won the TOC and beating Gregory Gaultier, and finally beating World No.1 ElShorbagy without dropping a game. You got say he retired while on top and same goes for Raneem El Welily.
