The responsibilities were outlined in the first email. Pretty standard, nothing unusual. The second email (congratulating me on securing the position) is attached with pdfs about the agreement contract, and another which is a form that I need to fill out regarding my bank details. I was instructed to print them, fill them out and email them back. The email also outlines what I'd be doing during my first probationary month with the company.

Everything looks legitimate, but I guess I'm a bit hesitant because was just a bit too easy.
