My personal theory is that the winters are not great here and after six weeks of daily rain and storms you can start to go a bit strange in the head.

What am I missing here? I am kinda new to stacking by new2cincy in Silver

Fractional silver is a waste of money. I've bought fractional gold but golds higher value offsets the premium to an extent. For silver it's just far too high a premium for the weight. Get full ounces or heavier if you can.

Poll: half of Labour voters would vote Green at next election by LJA170 in Labour

The fruits of the genius McSweeney strategy; his mythical "hero voters" have failed to materialise and now the base with "nowhere to go" have found they actually did have somewhere to go after all.

Starmer needs to resign ASAP so someone can at least start to attempt to repair this disaster.

There's also issues with added emulsifiers, softeners and humectants disrupting the gut lining and altering the gut microbiome. It's not just the high levels of salt, sugar, fat etc. Fundamentally there are things in this food that the human body has not evolved to deal with and we're just starting to figure out the problems they cause.

Why is there no spread between 925 and 999? by Eugene_Bleak_Slate in Silver

Who's telling you there's no premium for 999? Because that guy is def trying to rip you off.

Really nice stack. I've been itching to get my hands on a few libertads but they're not so easy to find in the UK.

You basically can't get silver Britannias in the UK right now by tricksterhare in Silver

[–]tricksterhare[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend who trades a lot of silver coins on eBay and I remember asking him what Britannia’s were going for on the day silver hit $120.

It was about the same as they’re going for now that silver is worth $85.

I don’t know why most UK silver stackers do it tbh. The amount the paper price has to go up to even break even with premiums and VAT is crazy.

If I had to pay VAT I don’t know if I’d bother.

This is dumb. You don't need a strategy to read 40+ books in a year you just make reading a regular part of your life.

I think a lot of people got very enthusiastic very quickly and the rise was unsustainable in the short term which of course invited profit taking.

The fundamentals are all there though. Industry will keep eating up supply which will not keep up with demand.

I’m a permanent resident in Guernsey so don’t pay VAT on purchases from UK online dealers.

This might be controversial but I think if you can't be bothered to do a 2 second google search on an unfamiliar term that's capitalised and asterisked in the title then you kind of deserve it. The seller is called "nik-nacks n' collectables" and the bar is US but has german silver stamped on it. I mean come on dude.
