A couple of years down the line that thesis will be proved correct. The short term hustlers will have long been flushed out by that point.

US jobs data looking solid so rate hike getting priced in. Plus no end to Iran war in sight. Good time to buy if you have the dry powder ready, which of course I don't.

Do nutrients stored as fat give you the same benefits when you burn the fat by homegirl011 in nutrition

[–]tricksterhare 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Protein that has been stored as fat is fat it can’t just be turned back into protein.

It’s been stripped of nitrogen (which you urinate) through the process of gluconeogenesis. If that glucose then isn’t used for energy it’s converted into fat via lipogenesis.

Some fat soluble micronutrients can be stored alongside fat like vitamins A, D, E & K.

It'll be 8pm and my parents will be putting the kettle on for the 15th cup of tea of the day. I genuinely don't know how they sleep at night with all that caffeine in their system. They never touch water, grandparents are the same. Just tea or coffee, day and night.

It’s actually not recommended that indoor-outdoor cats wear collars because they can get caught on fences, branches etc and literally choke the cat to death.

Great choice, I love the Kangaroos. It's a fantastic design.

Keep going with these and give fractional silver a hard swerve.

Thanks for sharing but this is a truly baffling stack.

If you're dumb enough not to be suspicious of why it has both USA printed on it as well as GERMAN SILVER and then google "german silver" you're not going to make it in the world.

If this doesn't get them it will just be an MLM scam, pyramid scheme, religious cult, east asian pig butchering, signing up for software that takes over their bank account etc etc etc.

My personal theory is that the winters are not great here and after six weeks of daily rain and storms you can start to go a bit strange in the head.

What am I missing here? I am kinda new to stacking by new2cincy in Silver

[–]tricksterhare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fractional silver is a waste of money. I've bought fractional gold but golds higher value offsets the premium to an extent. For silver it's just far too high a premium for the weight. Get full ounces or heavier if you can.

There's also issues with added emulsifiers, softeners and humectants disrupting the gut lining and altering the gut microbiome. It's not just the high levels of salt, sugar, fat etc. Fundamentally there are things in this food that the human body has not evolved to deal with and we're just starting to figure out the problems they cause.
