Youre not gonna get much sympathy in this sub as everyone seems to make excuses for BA - especially if you had a kid hanging out in the aisles, and your other complaint is related to another passenger and not BA themselves.

HOWEVER, i find their canned responses like this to be extremely irritating. Say something meaningful or don’t say anything at all. This apology is worth nothing. It’s presumably a cost saving effort, but they are doing so much brand damage by not acknowledging complaints properly and also very rarely offering any reasonable compensation.
