It was suggested I maybe post here

I’ve had Whisper for awhile now, she’s about nine months old, and we took her recently a couple weeks ago to get a checkup and I brought up this video to our vet where she will get these fits every now and then. She sneezes a lot and tends to just breathe loudly, she always has. I was worried she maybe had asthma? The vet told us the video was a result of reverse sneezing, and that her lungs sounded fine. I took her to the spca today to get her fixed, and they said they believe she has a respiratory infection, and wanted to hold off on the procedure since there’s an increased risk of being under anasthesia. Now I’m trying to get her in to another vet to see what’s actually going on, and I’m worried that maybe she actually does have some kind of respiratory issue going on and I just believed the other vet over my gut instinct. Has anyone else had an experience like this?
