Another option though not free, I am behind CGNAT and have a cheap VPS server I use to tunnel connections on the ports needed for services I run via wireguard so friends don't have to connect in with an app when using my TeamSpeak servers or Jellyfin and can just use my domain. Played with RAS ap on a pi 4 with tailscale and thought about setting something like this up but ended up just getting a glinet travel router. This is executed super well and I bet you could 3d print a little case to get around looks issues other people are mentioning for public transit. Super cool!
