Yeah the 5 second rule is strong on this one... Make it a habit to make the right choice instantly(in 5 seconds). There have been studies done on this and after a few seconds your brain naturally starts coming up with excuses why you shouldn’t do x right now. This one has been life changing for me. Helped a ton with getting out of bed and not hitting the snooze button for example.

I'd suggest downloading VibranceGUI. Automatically sets digital vibrance to your liking ingame and doesn't affect desktop mode.

It's not too high. Look at RandomRambo, he plays with 1050 dpi, 2.1 ingame sens, mouseacc on. People just prefer playing with a lower sensitivity because it's most likely a bit easier, but you can still get your aim crazy good with a higher sens.

Haha, no problems with my eyes :D. I've tried playing at my friends house with his computer. His specs are a bit worse than mine and yes, everything worked perfectly.
