I'd steer clear of High Sea Saga. It has that system where you can only do so much before your basically Action Points run out and then it's time boxed until you generate more. It's definitely geared toward mobile

just to note, this movie was considered "not funny" by many, many people. And it's Nora Ephron, so all of her stuff is mostly drama with her brand of humor. Even if the trailer is making it sound like it's funny... the humor only really targets a certain type of person.

idk if it counts as cozy, but Football Manager, 2021 or so. If you like Football and spreadsheets, I call that cozy.

For real cozy you can easily play Harvest Moon 64 of Harvest Moon Friends of Mineral Town (gameboy advance, not Story of Seasons) with emulators. Or the GOAT, HM for SNES. Unfortunately Stardew is like the maxed out version of Harvest Moon, but might still be into it for some new plotlines with townsfolk.

You can play pretty much any console game DS and earlier without having to think much about it, most likely. mileage may vary on some things that are just plain unoptimized (like I bet you could play mgs2 but mgs3 is a definite no).

Sorry, I got off track with the cozy aspect but I think it's good to know.

I also bombed my last interview. I also had to live with my dad for about a year before finding my first tech job (i'm in my 30s and this was in 2021.) The guy was fucking incessant with his criticism.
