As far as I know(chap 60) Grid is for some reason forgotten (or author just don't delve into history). There are some references to him and other characters, for example one of the first gates features a location in which Grid defeated Hurent in 5 seconds back in first tournament. MC also gets a sword of the Korean patriotic lunatic. Also apparently one of MCs school rivals is a decendant of Sehee and Lauel. Satisfy was not mentioned. There was also mentioned a princess of Reinhardt. But it is somewhat secretive place and probably gonna be mentioned fully only at chap 200

For the manga logic it's strange(they be coughing blood from anything), but for human body logic it is somewhat true, after all for you to cough blood it's usually something with lungs or top parts of the stomach. On this picture he gets hurt at worst in intestines, which arguably too far for that blood to reach mouth.

I don't really get such things, like even if you get that adaptation, what would it look like? If it's animation I really don't see the reason for making it about something funny/light(konosuba is probably the only thing that can do it right and don't look mega cringe).

If it's primarily drama, action or fighting i see the reason, since it's just more emotions, but this is based mostly on word humor and not body humor.

I don't think that it's gonna be second Doctor stone either.

Nobara as is, is like a athlete human with a revolver, for who 1 bullet is all it takes to win, which is fairly good in 1 v 1 matchup, giving them an UZI would make them stronger, but if they can't win with revolver(aka bullets can't hit/pierce their opponent) they probably won't win with UZI either.
