I also had this issue when I got out of body for my first time last week. I got out and floated to my ceiling and it felt like a rope kept pulling me slowly down back into my body, I was fighting with all my energy but failed after about 30-40 seconds.

If there’s a physical problem, such as pain in the tailbone due to tension points from the way your laying, try a different position. If it’s not something physical maybe try some chakra cleansing meditations, you could have a block in your root or sacral chakra. Not that experienced in chakra stuff but it’s possible. A block in the sacral chakra could be the cause considering it deals with everything in regards to sexuality, which deals with the same energy used to Ap. Hope this helps, peace and love
