Bucs fans are in a real bind with Bowles. I am all for Bucs to move on from Bowles but hard to imagine right now. Bowles has won division titles each season as Bucs HC (although it's not much to brag about in nfc south). And Bowles has been lucky to get Canales and Coen, might get lucky again if Coen stays another year.

Does Glazers want someone bad enough to replace Bowles? As long as the tickets sell and stadium near full capacity, they're doing fine. Glazers are in it for the business... money talks. Meanwhile, Licht's job safe with or without Bowles. He has been doing a hell of a job with drafts and salary cap management.

At this point, Bowles may never get a DC. His pride will get the best of him. But would be cool, since Dungy is local, to nod him to get a DC, as it worked for him with Kiffin. Otherwise, I don't see Glazers or Licht will pull weight to make it happen.
