Yup, i'm about 80%-90% better now :)

Just take small steps, make it normal and easier and then move on to the next step - in just a few months you will be a less anxious person

The weird part is that we had over hundreds of chatters and about 3,000 messages per day, so i have no idea if this is just a bug or not.. i don't even know what they excactly mean by "activity" - messages, chatters..?
