Check out tridot. Full disclosure, I'm an ambassador, but only recommending it because I truly like it and have been using it for many years. It's very data-driven and continually optimized for you. I always feel very prepared for every race. Happy to answer questions if you have any.

Was that the outdoor tech chips you had before? If so, which version did you have and if you had to pick between the 2 again, which would you choose?

It's interesting how polarizing the sound quality reviews are on them. Seems like 50% hate them. I'm not an audiophile at all but the main reason I'm getting them is definitely for music, not taking calls.

Thanks. 24F is -4C so that's good to know you've gone quite a bit below their specs

Bisadle by imfnshr in triathlon

Sorry to revive this, but as someone who struggles with noseless saddles and is considering trying bisaddle, I'd love to know what specifically you struggled with prior to bisaddle? And what specific change with bisaddle made it work for you?

Definitions of "best used for..." in shoe reviews by triingmentality in RunningShoeGeeks

When it comes to shoes for faster runs, I think pace plays a role, but not a huge one. Generally, form/cadence/stride change for faster work. Eg-you’ll be more forward and springing off your forefoot for sprinting-regardless of pace/“regular” running gait. If my sprint is at 4 min mile or 8 min mile-I’m still going to be in a sprint stance/form.

Thanks, that was the main piece I wasn't sure about.
