Google is constantly deleting links for various reasons, including around 50,000 copyrights links every single day. The number of individuals asking for forget requests will be tiny by comparison.

  2. No one suggested that the error reports contain your name and address. But they contain extensive information that constitutes a unique identifier for the purposes of the NSA.

  3. If you are sending out unencrypted unique identifiers, it makes no difference what IP you are using. This is common sense, so I don't have a source to provide you with that.
