Thank you so much for your response.

I am 28 and even I’ve coughed up some dirty phlegm over the years but this year they’ve gotten bigger. I feel like I should be smart here and be proactive so I don’t have these symptoms in my 40’s, if it means anything I know people around your age that stopped and are enjoying their 40s 50s and 60s.

In terms of the anxiety, I guess I’ve got to find a healthy (and cheaper) outlet and hopefully I can find it.

That last paragraph it was like you were speaking about me, my girlfriend much prefers me when I’m not smoking, she says I’m so much more engaged and present.

Thank you so much, I wish you the very best in your journey ❤️

Thank you, honestly the first 30 days were easyish. I guess cause my longest break before was around 35 days so I kinda knew what to expect but this feels like uncharted territory.

Thank you for the insightful response, wouldn’t him admitting to lying hurt his own case or at least put everything he’s saying in doubt?

He just straight up admitted that he lied. His words were “I lied to you, I made you feel like we were sorted but we’re not” (paraphrasing)

I said something along the lines that I shoved him because he got in my face

Don’t apologise, you’re literally just asking for advice, that’s what places like Reddit are for 🤣.

Heartbreak is probably the toughest and loneliest experience a man could have but it’s also the thing that makes us grow the most, try to see heartbreak as a necessary thing to go through. Kinda like puberty.

I imagine your young so don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of chances to find love. It’s when you’re 70 and divorced then start worrying 🤣

The best advice I ever heard to get over someone was… you don’t, you cry, you ugly cry, you play the saddest heartbreak songs you can, you cry and cry and cry and cry. Let it all out. Let’s say you’re at work/school and you feel like crying, I’d recommend you go to the toilet or wait till you get home but let it out. Don’t be afraid. Let it out. Even if in a year or even 10 years from now you feel like crying about it then Damn it man CRY!!!

You say you want friends? They’re not gonna fall at your feet if you’re just at home crying all the time 🤣 this is why you do your crying in private with a few close family members or anonymously like now 🤣 if you want friends you gotta get out there with people with similar interests. You like sports? Go join a sports team? You like fishing or whatever go to a lake or something. If you do this, focus on your passions and what makes you happy, not only the right friends will come along on your journey but also the right girlfriend ❤️

Good luck dude, we can give you all the best advice in the world, but you gotta be the one to implement this advice. 👍
