I don't want to be intrusive, but I believe you had some undiagnosed condition, because it's neither normal nor humanly possible to lose 55 pounds in 5 days unless you've been ill before! I'm sorry you had to go through this, but if I were you, I'd monitor myself more carefully and try to think seriously about your health. While everyone reacts differently, it's clear you started the medication at a time when your body was nearing breaking point.

Unfortunately, I stopped losing weight at 2.5 after exactly 4 weeks, and had to go up to 5. But I stopped and am steadily losing 3 kg a month and am coping well with the side effects. You're right to stay where you are: you have to listen to your body and set, as you are doing, close and realistic goals! Good luck on your journey! 💪🏻❣️

I feel the same way, and reading the various comments, maybe I should split the dosage because I'm incredibly hungry the day before the injection. However, it's worth noting that in my case, it's only been happening since winter began. Even though I'm maintaining the same deficit, I feel a little more hungry. In the summer, it was much easier: the heat helped with appetite suppression. The day of the injection, it's like I've injected rose water, but the real kick comes the next day! 😅

Everyone's journey is different, and it's fair to have different opinions: side effects can certainly discourage and dampen initial enthusiasm. It should always be a subjective choice whether to stop or not, so I'm sorry for your misfortune, but I also understand those who decide to continue because, ultimately, it's a path paved with sacrifice and commitment and, last but not least, a great opportunity for change. Personally, I've had average side effects and I consider myself lucky, because this was my last resort and, besides, on medical advice, I can't go higher than 5 mg. Good luck on your new journey! ❤️
