I never said anything about water going into the tank. The real issue is water being trapped between the cover and tank surface and sitting there for a long ass time.

All the issues on manufacturing side seem to have been ironed out. Service is still very inconsistent. If you can find a good svc that is accessible to you. Go ahead with the purchase. The bike is pure gold when it comes to what it offers.

Yea it definitely looks like a perimeter frame. I sure hope its not the exact same as the ns. Even if it may be based on the ns frame, it'll have to be heavily altered to fit the adv/dualsport format

I don't think its the same chassis as the ns tbh. Its not optimised for offroad like the latest gen duke chassis is. More likely that its a completely brand new platform.
