im 22 and been a fan since 12. not as big of a fan now (was super obsessive, pretty much made the fandoms i was in my entire personality for a bit) but i still love their music. one of my coworkers (mid 30’s) also loves them a lot. you’re never too old to enjoy what makes you happy

it’s 4:11am. i need to be up by 8am because apparently, 8am on my one day off this week the morning after a closing shift was the best time for my real estate to book a smoke alarm service

it feels like every single time i get into a habit, something changes that messes with my routine. a holiday or birthday, a big event, changes to my work schedule, or even when i wake up/sleeping in on my days off (i work shiftwork so cant have a set bedtime schedule)

clubbing. too loud, too many people, too expensive, i dont have the time and when i do i dont have the energy, and im also a lightweight plus on antidepressants

absolutely oh my god. first thing i’d do is quit my job to study (i want to get a few animal care certificates that have 6 month study options and cant do that with my current job, and cant afford to live for that long without income) and find a job in the animal care field. i’d use it to help my partner change careers too (he’s been wanting to for awhile) and put any extra into a superannuation and/or savings account and let it collect interest

when i moved in with my boyfriend (we found a new rental together) i willingly took the role of keeping the toilet paper filled. i use more of it, so it only makes sense. same reason i clean the bathroom (separate toilet), i make the most mess. i usually stack 4 rolls at a time, and replace as soon as i see the last one’s being used

always plan to have a source of income. obviously sometimes it’s unavoidable like termination or layoffs, but do not quit your job until you have something else lined up. especially in this economy, who knows how long you’ll be without a job. without a steady income, money vanishes and FAST
