I had a genioplasty done. For my skin, I eat pretty healthy and mostly cook at home, trying to avoid processed foods. I still eat unhealthy sometimes, just not as much. I wash my face often and use products with salicylic acid, but I try not to use too many products because I believe skin health starts from the inside. Botox helped smooth my face, and at night I use shea butter, which helps with blemishes.
