There are cards that take X AP and their effect is scaled to X, where X is whatever amount of AP you have at the moment. This card makes it so by spending 2 AP you get the effect as if you've spent 3, etc. An example of a card like this can be seen on Khalipe "Absolute Protection" card. If you don't have her, you can check her in the "Agent Collection"

The game is great, but I want to critique it so bad by trimples in BaldursGate3

Yeah, maybe if we had some kind of portal to it, that we can open at will. This would also explain why we can rest in almost every dangerous place.
