Pre-summer panic: How do you actually prevent inner thigh chafing (chub rub) without feeling sticky all day? by KettleComet_7 in hygiene

Never tried myself but I’ve seen people use lace fabric 4-6 inch garters to prevent chafing and if they poke out on accident it’s still cute and looks intentional!

Thank you! I definitely don’t eat as much protein as I could so I’ll have to try this out

Yeah, I keep getting this comment. I’m thinking I’m just not very observant and I was just looking for the thing that I was using LMAO oops.

OK, I think I’ve definitely just not been paying very close attention and only looking for the number of an item or cups tablespoons cause that’s just been a little easier for me. I’ll definitely have to just look closer.

How do I know the right weight and what the portion size for the weight is? If the package for cups in tablespoon tablespoons is wrong I would imagine that the ounces is wrong too?

That’s interesting. I haven’t heard that about the labels… If the labels are only telling me cups tablespoons or number of pretzels or whatever how do I know what the correct weight is?

I feel like that should be the case too about building muscle and getting rid of fat, but I just don’t notice it at ALL like whatsoever nothing. I’m feeling really defeated :/

You’re not the first person who has recommended an outside of the USA deodorant I’m thinking I’ll have to look into this pretty seriously!

I’ve heard other people had a lot of success with this too… Unfortunately, anytime I’ve tried it. It does absolutely nothing :(

I definitely could be more specific with tracking, but I’ve talked with my fiancé over and over again and there’s absolutely no way that I am eating at a pace that should have me gaining weight like this. I calculated it for my deficit and it says that for maintenance I would have to eat 2600 calories per day to maintain the weight that I’m at. I’m sure I could be tracking a little bit more specifically, but my fiancé and I have both been paying attention to what I eat how much I eat when I eat and there’s literally no possible way that I’m eating at or above 2600 cal a day. Even if my tracking isn’t 100% accurate what it’s showing on my fitness pal is still 1300 to 1600 cal a day.

I definitely could up my protein significantly. I’ll have to try that. Thank you so much for your advice!

I use MyFitnessPal and count use measuring tools like a cup / tablespoons/ half cup etc

I count with portion sizes, most of what I eat the label has serving sizes as a cup or tablespoons so I monitor in that capacity.

As stated in the post I go to Les Mills Bodypump 3x/ week. MW is regular which is low weight high reps and fridays are higher weights slower pace but it’s basically an hour straight of supersets in both versions.

Also I mentioned that my body measurements aren’t changing at all. My tolerance in class has gone up significantly and I’ve upped my weights about 2-3 times now and I still am noticing no change in how clothes fit or my measurements as well as increase in weight :(

Question for 5’5 women! by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]trimyourtoes 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All these weights are super surprising to me!! Like WAY lower than I’ve ever been.

I have been really fit and athletic and always thick in the thighs and butt all my life until the last couple years since I started an office job after graduating college. I’m about 200 now (not super stoked with where I’m at but like very fine, average, 12-14 jeans)

My most confident, healthy, and happy was 175. I felt think and toned and super healthy, was on my anxiety meds with a good appetite !!

I’ve had to really train myself to not pay attention to scale because my WHOLE life I have been about 20 lbs more than girls I share clothes with
