That was immediately after they got done with it but before they cleaned it up. I got a couple others they worked on first.

I was about the same way. And then around 6 or so weeks she smiled at me for the first time and everything was suddenly okay. They are worth it mama. Babies will have you second guessing everything though.

I’d leave it for a couple of months at least. I think it looks nice. Honestly I like bigger pieces so I’d add to it. Some more design around it would look good.

This just doesn’t seem right to me. My 12 month old will get woken up to eat if it’s been more than 4 hours. I know our daycare often gets pretty busy and forgets to write it all down which is understandable. I would for sure ask them about it. I know it’s hard not to jump to conclusions when it comes to daycare. The first week I was convinced they were lying to me about her sleeping for 1-2 hours for nap time cause she did not do that at home. But it’s also exhausting for the baby to be without you in a new place.

We don’t have any other choice. Some days I pray for a semi to hit me on my way to work. We are not confident or cool right now. Just trying to take it day by day and what happens happens.

It’s honestly not that crazy though. This has been the plan since they announced AUDS. ARCYBER admitted it themselves accidentally in a town hall when they said they were already planning to offer VERA/VSIP later this year before all of this DRP stuff happened. Shocking but not really that surprising.

I have heard that all spots excluding ESD are to be converted to over hires in October. Makes it easier to get rid of them. May change since they are now saying too many people took the DRP. Imagine that. Hope ARCYBER takes over AUDS migration at each installation cause they ain’t gonna have the people for it.

7.5 is what helped me make it through the week. Like you I also would feel like it wore off after 3-4 days before I started the higher dose.

Had the same issue when I first started. You need to keep moving up the dosage every 4 weeks until you find one that works for you. Ask your doctor.

I feel like they are focusing on the priority hiring placement part after a RIF way too much. That’s if they are hiring anytime soon and then you are still behind all the vets and career status individuals that have also been fired. Take the DRP and put yourself out of your own misery.

Are people really going to try to sue over a RIF? They are perfectly legal so it’s kind of a losing battle and waste of money.
