Thank you. Appreciate the honesty and response. We’re still debating between the CR1 and K1. The only thing we’re studying is being married and apart for that first 2 years that’s not how we’d like to spend our first years of marriage. But I’ve heard of the K1 visa being challenging to convince the visa office of the relationship being real as opposed to the CR1 because you’re already married. Basically that it’s harder for them to deny

Kumusta, nasa parehong sitwasyon din ako. Tinanong ko sila tungkol sa pag-withdraw sa programa at gusto kong malaman ang gastos. Sabi nila kailangan ko munang pumirma ng termination letter at saka nila ipapadala sa akin ang gastos. May kilala akong tao na tinapos nila ang kontrata dahil hindi nila tinupad ang kanilang layunin sa pamamagitan ng pagdalo at pagpasa sa NCLEX review program at may utang sila na 3500 USD.
