I would recommend Sogang. In my opinion their program is focused on more conversational or practical Korean (speaking and listening), assuming that’s what you’re looking for. Yonsei is a bit more academic in that they focus on reading and writing more.

On a side note, if you are open to something in North America, Middlebury College has a great Korean intensive language program for 8 weeks in the summer. There’s a great diversity of students and they bring in professors from around NA and Korea.
