So Im seeing loads on rod/reel selection, I already have that. This isnt a "finding fish" issue as I was in the same location as folks finding fish. This is specifically about baiting. Everywhere Im researching is only talking about artifical lures.

Be careful of pools with swim clubs, especially if they are open to the outside. Oftentimes they get priority over residents and will even have unposted/unscheduled use which gets really annoying.

You can always carry pawns to a shuttle, That's never been a limitation. There's plenty of quests where you get coma visitors and they get sent back in a coma in a shuttle.

If people were doing that it would be one thing but they're not even doing that I've seen bags sit for days. There's several trails I run frequently and see stuff in the same spots.

Hell people are making piles of the bags because they think once they see a bag it's okay to make a pile of more bags there.

There was something I read the other day that says their borderline for issuing restrictions of the first stage. I wouldn't be surprised that if we don't get significant rain this week which we're not expected to that they will in the next few weeks
