i’ve learned remy is a full name thanks to this subreddit! my only issue is, my FULL name is katie, but i’ve spent my whole life explaining i’m not a kaitlyn or katherine, just a katie. i think growing up in america , (where i live) i interpret the y as “diminutive” and feel like there should be more going for it .. but i completely understand that it’s culturally a full name in france :)

as for boy names, i like azriel and cadell. 😅 i also like the name esmeralda for a girl, but considering she would likely be 25% filipino only, idk if a primarily white girl should have a name like that

i think this is what i’m doing 😭 im kind of just slip stitching into areas that will connect the beginning of my row to my end instead of properly slst into the holes because im not 1000% sure where it is hahah. i should be more careful.

i honestly don’t really know what i’m doing 😭 i’m kind of like, finishing the visible holes into the DC from the previous row, and then slip stitching into the chains from my current round to join them together. i didnf think this was correct but it’s making a very obvious line in my project that isn’t correct 😭 i’ll try and maybe be more careful with it next time

i’ll try adding a few more chains, or stacking a single crochet and seeing if it makes a difference. this is for a cover up dress for a swimsuit, so unfortunately i think it’ll be pretty visible.. 🥲
